Orders     We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, although we ask that you allow up to 21 days before receiving your goods. Delays can occasionally occur during busy times as many of our products are made to order, we will let you know if this is likely. Please specify if you need the items delivered by a particular date and we will do our best to meet the deadline. If you are sending your order as a gift please make sure you specify the different delivery address on our online order form. Prices     Prices are in UK pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. Orders from outside the UK    For orders that are to be shipped outside of UK Mainland please contact us for a shipping quotation. Returns & Refunds     If you wish to exchange your product for something different please send it back undamaged and wrapped in its original packing and let us know your new choice. Goods are your responsibility until they are received back by us.  Returns are not accepted if bespoke sizes or shapes have been manufactured specifically for you, unless there is a manufacturing fault. If you would like a refund, please return the item in the condition described above and we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product, excluding the delivery cost.  This does not apply to bespoke made items.
