Orders
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, although we ask that you allow 14 days before receiving your goods. Delays can occasionally occur during busy times as many of our products are made to order – we will let you know if this is likely. Please specify if you need the items delivered by a particular date and we will do our best to meet the deadline. If you are sending your order as a gift please make sure you specify the different delivery address on our online order form.

Prices
Prices are in UK pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%.

Orders from outside the UK
At the moment we are not able to ship goods abroad. If this changes, it will be announced on this website.

Internet Shopping
We use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt financial information you input before it is sent to us.

Returns & Refunds
If you wish to exchange your product for something different please send it back undamaged and wrapped in its original packing and let us know your new choice. Goods are your responsibility until they are received back by us.

If you would like a refund, please return the item in the condition described above and we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product, but not the delivery cost.

Complaints or notification of damages must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

Bright Green collects and processes information about you in order to:
