Delivery

We aim to despatch your goods within 3 to 5 days but please allow up to 28 days as some items are hand made to order. If you require your order to be delivered on a specific day, please put this in the special instructions when ordering.

Most of our orders will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery, although we will sometimes use Royal Mail where, again, a signature may be required.

Delivery costs either

A £3.95 standard 3-5 day delivery

B £12.00 larger items

C £40.00 palleted items You will only be charged one delivery charge regardless of orders consisting of multiple items.

Only one delivery charge applies to each order regardless of number of items. For products where there are different delivery charges the greater charge applies. 

If we cannot deliver all your products at the same time, no extra delivery charges will be made.
